We have a choice of 18 properties for your self catering holidays, each one indiviually designed to offer you total comfort, peace and relaxation.

These award winning properties are each set in stunning countryside and will offer you the perfect location for a romantic luxury breaks. Stay for a week or enjoy a short break we are flexible in our arrangement to help you get the most from the time you have available to relax and enjoy yourselves.

We have 10 properties located at Wolfen Mill, the hidden gem in the Forest of Bowland in Lancashire, the properties are all built in warm sandstone in a cottage style, at the foot of the Bowland Fells. All are within easy reach of the motorway and are just 1 mile from the picturesque and award winning village of Chipping.

Our remaining 8 properties are situated at the majestic Staffield Hall in the glorious Eden Valley in Cumbria. This location is again within easy reach of the motorway. They are located just outside the Lake District National Park but within just a short drive away. Thus offering you all the features of a Lakes holiday but in a more peaceful and quiet location. Most people look for self catering cottages or luxury cottages for romantic breaks but we offer you an alternative choice instead of self catering cottages try our luxury breaks at Staffield Hall or Wolfen Mill for your romantic breaks.

All of the properties offered are fitted out to a very standard with luxury bed linens, quality towels and bath robes all included. Heating and electrictity are also a part of the price, so no hidden extras when you arrive.

We pride our selves in customer satisfaction, and will offer our personal help to ensure you get the most from your holiday be it a week or two or a short break.

We are a professionaly run and managed organisation, not a sideline cottage business looking to rent out an old and tired inherited property.
